Binance Smart Chain has a multitude of DEXs that often have pricing discrepancies between them. We’d like to create a bot that scans for these price differences and takes those trades.

The bot will identify opportunities, calculate the potential profit of the trade (taking into account transaction costs and gas fees ) and if the trade is profitable, purchase the required tokens, and then sell them on the DEX with the premium.

What is arbitrage?

Arbitrage is basically buying something in one market and simultaneously selling it in another market at a higher price, thereby profiting from the temporary difference in prices. For this whitepaper, we will refer to arbitrage as buying a token from one DEX and selling it at a higher price on another DEX. On the blockchain, the main and oldest arbitrage opportunities are made by trading across decentralized and centralized exchanges
